Please note that I work with a production partner who helps me produce and ship my items (they will not be shipping from Texas). The production process itself can take between 2-7 days and I am unable to speed up this process.

Please pay attention to the size chart for all products as that gives you an idea of fit. T-Shirts: Unisex sizing and true to size (not super tight fitting). I suggest ordering your usual size so there is some room to style the shirts in a cute way by tying a front knot and rolling the sleeves up. Sweatshirts: Unisex sizing and true to size (not super tight fitting). Order your usual size if you want the sweatshirt to be fitted but slightly loose and order 1-2 sizes up for a baggier oversized look. Oversized: To achieve the oversized look, you will need to order 2-3 sizes up. None of my products are automatically oversized.

Standard shipping typically takes up to 14 days to arrive from when the order is placed (this includes production time). Upgraded shipping (express) typically takes between 6-9 days to arrive from when the order is placed (this includes production time). Production time of your order typically takes 2-7 days. *PLEASE NOTE* Delivery times in Etsy are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly! Refunds will not be provided for orders that are delivered outside of their estimated window due to carrier delays.

All items are made to order for each customer; therefore, all sales are FINAL. Exchanges/refunds are only granted if the seller sent the incorrect item or the item arrived damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us if you have any problems with your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are not able to offer gift messaging or packaging at this time. No pricing information is included in the packaging, but if you'd like a gift message, we recommend sending a note to the recipient separately.

I am only able to cancel your order IMMEDIATELY after it is placed. I do my best to get new orders in production as soon as possible and once an order is in production, I am not able to cancel it or make any changes to it.

Timeline to fix an order issue

You must reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue with your order. If you reach out after the 7 days, I will not be able to offer any refund/replacements.

I entered the wrong address for shipping. What do I do?

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If you notice an error prior to shipping, reach out to us immediately and we will attempt to correct it. If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our printing partner and we have no way of recovering them. In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.

Beautiful blanket looks exactly like described. I would definitely order again! I have had other custom blankets done that have a hard feel to them, and this is soft and quality blanket.
