Rare Ruscha ceramic bowl, model 709-1, in the decorative Milano pattern.
Hand-painted and typical of the color-intensive, geometrically abstract design of the 1950s.
The model is documented in Horst Makus' standard work on ceramics of the 1950s on page 566 and is dated there to 1955 onwards.

The bowl displays a particularly well-preserved Milano decoration with vibrant colors and clean lines. Due to its excellent condition and the almost untouched foot ring, the piece appears virtually new.

Mass:
Diameter approx. 23 cm
Height approx. 3 cm
Weight approx. 643 g

Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks, no visible signs of wear.

A high-quality, collectible Ruscha bowl from the Mid Century era with strong decoration and excellent condition.
