Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or prolonged exposure to moisture. Brass & Metal: To maintain shine, polish gently with a soft cloth. Natural patina (aging) is a normal part of the item's character. To avoid rust on iron, please keep it in a dry location. Jute, Rope & Canvas: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry completely. Do not submerge in water.

The frog bell is as pictured and works well and I love it. I gave one star off only because the item shipped from India even though the store says it ships from Michigan. Doesn't matter to me where it comes from but don't be dishonest about it.
