🔍 Tracking Your Order

We will use the email address on your Etsy Account for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for tracking your parcel. You’ll receive an email with your courier and tracking details once your order is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the order and make any necessary amendments directly with the courier. Please report any delivery issues within 48hrs, after this time frame replacements will be at the buyer’s expense, as this is the timeframe set by our print partners. If your parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect for an collection point specified in the tracking, a new order will need to be placed. Replacements or refunds will not be issued in these cases.

If your order arrives damaged: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of: The damaged item The outer packaging The shipping label (with your address visible) We’ll send a free replacement immediately. After 48 hours, replacements will be at the buyer’s expense, as this is the timeframe set by couriers. Thank you for your understanding

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and sent with proof of postage. Once received, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Damaged or used returns will not be refunded. Custom order cancellations exception If you cancel before your item is printed but after artwork is completed, a £5 artwork fee will be deducted from your refund.
