All our products are made to order. Once production begins, materials and lobar are committed. If you cancel after the 1-hour window, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to cover these costs

How can I return my order after it has been delivered?

If you wish to return your order after delivery, please ship it back to the original warehouse address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

The Seller was very unkind and lack of empathy. I explained to her that I bought the Jacket as a present for my son and by mistake I put 2 in the cart, I tried to cancel 1 and she didn't let me. Although I explain my husband has Parkinson and lost his job, I did need the $ back. she still didn't let me cancel 1 of the order. Terrible Customer Service...and the Jacket's quality is awful.

We respectfully disagree with this review and would like to clarify the facts. At the customer’s request, we issued a full refund, even though our shop policy clearly states that cancellations are not accepted after 1 hour. We chose to make an exception after listening to the customer’s situation and tried our best to help in good faith. Unfortunately, despite receiving a full refund, this review does not reflect the final resolution or our efforts to be understanding and supportive.
