I never received the item and it was unrelated to seller. It had to do with my location and delivery service. However, I reached out to communicate with seller and she never replied after our initial conversation. I was trying to explain my situation and why I could not accept her replacing the item since none of my packages were being delivered correctly for the last month. Very unprofessional. I filed a claim and Etsy had a resolution immediately and so I even considered not leaving a review at all since this was a bad experience for BOTH of us. But after getting a taste of the customer service, I will not be reordering.

Hello, I did respond to your message immediately and resent a new sweatshirt since the original was not delivered to the right house. I cannot control delivery errors, but I can help if there is an issue with delivery, which I happily did! I’m not sure what the issue is, but I did resolve this immediately once it was brought to my attention!
