1) How do I personalize my planner?

Choose your options in the dropdowns (style/cover, etc.), then enter the name or text exactly as you want it printed in the personalization box. Please double-check spelling and capitalization before checkout.

2) What if I made a mistake on my personalization?

Message me as soon as possible. If I haven’t started production yet, I can usually update it. Once your planner is in production, changes may not be possible.

3) Will I see a proof before it ships?

Please message me after you place your order your request for digital proof. I’ll send one for approval before I make the final version. If you don’t respond within the timeframe noted in the message, I’ll proceed to keep your order on schedule.

4) How long does it take to make my planner?

Processing time is listed on each product page and can vary by season. Usually about 2-4 days but because each planner is personalized and handmade, I recommend ordering early—especially for gifts or special dates.

5) Are your planners handmade or sourced?

Every planner is handmade in my studio and created one-by-one for each customer. I don’t resell pre-made planners or source finished products.

6) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because planners are personalized, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. If there’s an issue with your order, please message me—I always want to make it right.

7) Do you offer rush orders?

Sometimes! Send me a message with your deadline and the planner you want, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate a rush.

8) Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted only if production hasn’t started. If you need to cancel, message me ASAP and I’ll do my best to help.

9) What if my planner arrives damaged?

Because my products are custom-made, I do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact me, and I’ll make it right.

10. Do you offer bulk or bridal party orders?

Yes—bulk orders may be available for weddings, teams, and gifting. Message me with quantity, deadline, and what you’re looking for and I’ll reply with options.
