Spot clean fabric items like keychains with cold water. Neither the embroidery nor sublimation ink will be removed with water. Use a hairdryer or air-dry plush objects afterwards. I do handwash the embroidered pieces rather harshly to remove the stabilizer and have chucked sublimated pieces in the wash, but I do not suggest risking tough love unless necessary.

Do you make custom items, like plushies and keychains?

Yes. At this time, I do not keep an open Etsy listing for them, but you may send me a message to inquire for a quote.

The Manatee is adorable. The material is so soft. The manatee is made really well, and is a good quality. It arrived quickly, and is a great size for a keychain. It is light weight. I would recommend buying from this store.
