Right to Cancel

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through Etsy Messages or by email within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your purchase within the withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (where applicable), within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Digital downloads once the download has begun.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
