Migraine Pillow Directions:
Place migraine pillow on a microwavable plate and place in microwave for 50-60 seconds for 15-20 minutes of heated aromatherapy. Do not overheat or eye pillow can burn. Migraine pillow can also be stored in the freezer for use as an ice pack.
