Within minutes of making your purchase on Etsy, you will receive a download link via email. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address that is linked to your Etsy account. Once you click on the link, you will be directed to the "Purchases" page of your Etsy account. Simply click on the "Download Files" option and your files will be downloaded to your PC.

Alternatively, you can manually download your files by going to Etsy.com from your browser and accessing the "Purchases" section of your account. Locate your order and click on the "Download Files" option to download the files to your PC.

Template is great. Perfect for the size lanyards I bought. I can adjust the template to fit bigger/smaller lanyards if need be. Still have to figure out on my end, how to use the exact spot I want to sublimate and line it up correctly
