1. Painting or Prints?

Every single painting is completely hand-painted; we do not sell any prints or replicas. Please note that the final painting you receive may not be an exact replica of the reference image you ordered from. Because our artwork is completely handcrafted and mostly made-to-order, minor variations are to be expected. That being said, I can absolutely guarantee the quality of our work—it will be just as beautiful as you expect. Plus, before we ship it out, I will send you photos and videos of the finished painting for your approval.

2. Can I custom the order？

You can customize your painting in my gallery. Just send me your exact requirements including the size and the custom painting detail before you place the order. I’ll give you what you want.

3.What is the difference between rolled, stretched, and framed canvas?

Unstretched(Rolled): The painting is shipped unstretched in a protective tube and includes additional blank canvas around the edges for local stretching or framing. Frameless Stretched: The artwork is stretched over a wooden support and arrives ready to hang without an outer decorative frame. Framed Canvas: The stretched artwork is finished with the frame option selected in the listing. Available choices may include matte black, gold, silver, white, or natural wood.

4. How long does it take to create my painting?

Most paintings require approximately 5–8 business days to complete before approval and shipment. Large, highly textured, multi-panel, or customized paintings may require additional time. We will keep you informed throughout the process. We will send photos of the completed artwork before shipment so you can review the overall composition and finish.

For U.S. orders, the price of your selected items may already include shipping fees and applicable customs duties. International customers may be responsible for any customs duties required by their own country or region for certain orders. If you need to confirm customs duties for a specific destination, please contact us before placing your order.

6. What should I do if the package arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide: Clear photos of the damaged area Clear photo of the shipping label on the front of the package. Complete photos of the outer packaging from all angles (front, left and right sides, top and bottom, and back). Clear photos showing the specific damage to the packaging. Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved. We will help determine the most appropriate solution.

7. Can I return my painting if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Yes, please return it within Thirty days after receiving the item. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork should be returned in its original package, and you should bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties, and additional charges.
