This Vintage Simplicity 1970s Misses' Jiffy caftan sewing pattern is one size and can be made in three proportions (short, medium, or tall). Features include a high round neckline with front slit trimmed with frogs, braid, or bow, plus optional elastic casing gathered arm openings. Authentic Vintage Reproduction.
