WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Please take comfort in knowing that I only use high-quality archival materials. My photography is printed on museum-grade, archival matte paper and with archival inks. The artwork is rated fade-resistant for over 100 years. This means the colors in the artwork will stay vibrant for generations, without fading, as long as it's appropriately displayed in your home. All my frames are made from durable, solid wood. You can choose from black, natural, espresso, white, or gold frames. The framed artwork comes with an archival white mat, optical grade acrylic, an archival dust cover on the back, and a sturdy hanging wire already installed. The artwork will be delivered ready to hang. Unframed photos also do not include a mat.

HOW IS THE ARTWORK SHIPPED?

Unframed prints that are 8 inches x 10 inches and below are mailed inside sturdy, stay-flat envelopes, while any print larger than 8 inches x 10 inches is mailed inside kraft mailing tubes. Unframed prints are typically sent via the United States Postal Service. The artworks mailed in a tube will come out with a curl, but if you lay them on a flat surface, they will begin to flatten out. These prints can be matted and framed, and will remain vibrant for generations, without fading, as long as they are appropriately displayed in your home. Framed artworks are placed in a plastic bag to help protect them during shipping. The framed artwork is then secured with sturdy, recyclable cardboard and put in a sturdy, recyclable cardboard box.

FREE SHIPPING and WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY OF THE ARTWORK?

I offer free shipping to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will incur shipping fees (I will contact you about the shipping cost before starting the process.) The delivery time depends on the artwork's size, your location, and framing. For framed artworks, delivery is between 5 and 11 days within the continental USA. Most deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and American territories will take between 7 and 18 days. For unframed prints, delivery typically takes between 4 and 8 days. However, due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen transportation issues, delivery may take up to 12 days. I will provide you with an estimated delivery time shortly after your order is placed.

DAMAGE-FREE GUARANTEE: What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

Your happiness is my goal, so please let me know as soon as possible if your print is delivered in anything less than perfect condition. In the rare instance that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging (I need photos of both!), and contact me via Etsy (attaching the photos) within two days of delivery. I need the pictures of the damage and of the package to file a claim with the shipping service. Following the receipt of your pictures and after a review, I will follow up with you.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Since each print, whether framed or unframed, is made specifically for your order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. That's why I encourage you to ask any questions you have about sizing, materials, or anything else before you place your order. I'm here to help make sure you feel confident in your choice. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of your purchase. After this 2-hour window, the order is moved forward for printing and framing, and I'm unable to cancel the order once the process has started.

A NOTE ABOUT COLOR ACCURACY

I work diligently to achieve beautiful, accurate colors in my artwork. My entire creative process, from camera to print, is professionally calibrated to ensure color accuracy. Most monitors and mobile devices are not professionally calibrated, so the colors and tones you see on your screen may appear slightly different from the actual print. Additionally, factors such as the time of day, the type of light in your room, and even the colors reflected off nearby surfaces can affect how an artwork appears. My goal is your happiness, but please understand that I cannot provide refunds or reprints for color differences resulting from your monitor's color settings or the natural influences mentioned above.

The artwork will remain vibrant for generations, without fading, as long as it is displayed out of direct sunlight in a humidity-free space. The artworks, mats, and frames are not water-resistant, so please keep them dry and in a humidity-free space. Please don’t use cleaning products on the artworks and frames. Cleaning products will damage your artwork and frame. I recommended using a clean, soft, non-abrasive white cloth that is lightly dampened with water. All frames include a protective acrylic cover, offering a lightweight alternative to glass. When cleaning the acrylic cover, be very careful not to press down. Doing so could cause damage to the artwork.

If the tracking information indicates your order was 'Delivered', but you have not received it, please first check with family members and neighbors to confirm they didn’t pick up the package for safekeeping. If the package is missing, please contact me through Etsy messages as soon as possible. I will then investigate with the carrier and likely file a claim with them. This process will involve messages from me to you, so please respond promptly. Due to the high cost and time required to create each custom artwork, I'm unable to provide refunds or replacements when an incorrect address is provided during order placement.
