What is Free Economy Shipping

A lot of our products come with free economy shipping. What economy shipping usually is is it starts with one carrier and then they hand it off to USPS to do the final delivery. This isn't the fastest sometimes but it is the most economical for both you and us! Delivery can take 3-12 business days. We are seeing that timeframes are improving now. However, be aware during peak holiday season you may want to ground. This is via UPS and depending on your location from Michigan it takes 1-5 business days. This leaves out an additional middle man. West coast will be 4-5 business days where most others will be 2-3 business days. Please don't hesitate to message with any questions!! We are here for you!!

I received the Wrong Product or Issues with the Print or product

I am very sorry this happened. Your order is guaranteed and we will make it right. - We partner with a company for a few of our products for the production part because the equipment is too large for us right now. This does up the chances of this happening but please don't worry as we will 100% make sure everything is corrected and get your order right. I am not in the business to make you an uphappy customer! I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. - 1st thing to do is: Email/message with a photo (helps us note the error) and the issue and can help me get the reprint started quickly. - 2nd: Please give me up to 24 hours to respond. Just in case I'm not able to be right at the computer.

Do you offer Digital Proofs?

I proof most all designs that ask for a lot of color info but Not all the designs come with digital proofs. If you are clear with your info from the color requests most likely there will not be a proof. Any questions or uncertainty then I will proof. This will delay it getting into the print que. If I have messaged you more than 5 times during the week and don't hear back from you, I will proceed with the info you have given and get it into the print que so it no longer delays the production time. Make sure to check your spam folder often for any updates/proofs. I have found sometimes this etsy messages don't get seen and I usually use an alternative email route to get in touch. Custom listings come with proofs. Thank you.

My Plush Fleece isn't Solid I see White Spots

If you ordered a plush fleece you might notice that the print has some white visibility or may not be a solid of a print as you may have thought. That is due to the nature of the "plush minky" having a little bit longer fleece. We sublimate these blankets. THe design gets printed onto one side of the fleece. The ink in the paper heats up and embeds into the fibers as it goes through a rolling heat press. The nature of the plush it doesn't go all the way through meaning it won't bleed ot the other side. Black is usually the most noticeable so you will have slight white more visible of the base but you should still have a nice quality print. Messages with pictures help resolve any issues.

I wasn't expecting my blanket to be this thin

I do my best to be transparent with my customers. None of the blankets are super thick. I have photos on the listings to show what the actual blankets look like. The great thing about this thickness is it makes it super easy to travel with or just cuddle around the house. Most all made to order blankets sold in many shops even off etsy offer the same style thickness. Since these are all made to order we don't offer returns or refunds so we kindly ask to make sure to read all descriptions and listing pictures so you are fully aware of the product you will be receiving. Thank you

This sticker with a barcode won't come off or its ripping off some fibers when I try to take it off.

Sometimes these little buggers get extra sticky and are a pain to get off. Best solution I have found is to take a hair dryer on high heat and turn it onto the sticker to get the adhesive to heat up and then it should peel right off! (Hint I do this with my TJ maxx price stickers too hahaha)

✨ Sherpa - A smooth minky front with sherpa backing. Opposite side we have a nice off white or black sherpa option. Thickness 1 cm

✨ 50x60 - Medium Size - Recommended for young athletes. Good for adults too - 5’7” and under able to fully wrap body with it.
