For returns not related to quality issues, there will be a $100 restocking fee per ring. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange: - Custom ring sizes outside the 3-9 range - Customized items - Items with additional engravings - Items that have been worn and show obvious signs of wear - Full eternity bands - Items returned beyond the allowable return period - Items that have been exchanged more than once -Lab-created diamond rings over 0.5CT For returns or exchanges outside of the U.S., customers are responsible for shipping fees/taxes and the risk of lost packages.

Orders can be canceled for free within 48 hours; after 48 hours, a $100 restocking fee per ring will be deducted.
