Where do I find my downloads?

Digital files can be downloaded through your mobile browser or on a computer, but are not currently supported through the Etsy app. Etsy instantly sends any digital downloads to the email address you have linked to your account. If you do not see the email, it's possible that it might be in your spam folder. However, all digital downloads will always be available here: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases Make sure that you are signed into the same Etsy account from which you made the purchase!

How can I get the best results from my digital print?

I would recommend printing on a heavyweight matte paper as this looks great in most lighting conditions. Digital art can be printed at home on good quality paper, or you can choose to print your files using a professional printing service such as: Costco Office Depot MPix Alternatively, supporting a local printworks near you is always a good option!

A4 / A5 prints will arrive in a thick double board-backed envelope with “Do Not Bend” stamp

A3 prints will be sent carefully rolled in a thick cardboard postal tube to ensure maximum protection

All other print sizes (A1, A2, 12x18″, 16x20″, 16x24″, 18x24″, 24x36″) will be printed and shipped by my trusted suppliers located near you

For European customers, ALL prints are shipped by my trusted suppliers at your nearest location

I accept returns on A5, A4 and A3 prints if contacted within 14 days of your order arriving, with return postage paid for by the buyer
