How long will it take to hear back from you after I send a message?

Can I return or exchange my items?

Since our otome goodies are custom-made just for you, we generally can’t offer returns or exchanges for reasons like “I didn’t know it wouldn’t fit” or “I didn’t realize it was like that.” We aim to be super clear in our listings and even offer free digital proofs on request to help you feel confident about your order! That said, if we make a mistake (like sending the wrong item or a misprint), we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost—just send us proof (Etsy may ask for it too). We snap pics of every order before shipping for quality checks, so we’ve got your back! Please double-check sizes and details before ordering, and we’ll handle the rest with care.

My tracking says “delivered,” but I can’t find my package—what should I do?

No worries, let’s troubleshoot together! Here’s what you can try: Check your mailbox and around your front door—sometimes packages end up in unexpected spots. Ask a neighbor in case it was delivered to them by mistake. Wait one extra day—occasionally, postal workers mark it “delivered” a bit early. Contact your local post office to file a claim for a missing package. If you suspect theft, consider filing a report with local law enforcement. Once you’ve filed a claim with your post office and shared a copy with us, we’re happy to offer a replacement at up to 50% off the original price. Let us know how we can assist!

My package was returned because of an invalid address—what now?

If an address doesn’t work, USPS usually sends the package back to us. Since we print shipping labels directly from the address you enter at checkout, you’ll need to cover the extra shipping cost to resend it if the error was on your end. Refunds aren’t available for undeliverable packages, and we only tweak addresses if you ask us to. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, message us ASAP! We’ll cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct address. Once it’s shipped, though, it’s out of our hands—thanks for understanding!

I just placed an order—when will it ship?

Most of our items have a 1-3 business day processing time, while some extra-special pieces (think intricate designs!) might take 3-5 business days. Shipping depends on: When our postman swings by for pickup. Where your order sits in our queue (busier seasons = longer lines!). The size of your order. Need it faster? Add our Rush Option at checkout for guaranteed 1-day processing, or upgrade your shipping for speedier delivery. We’ll get your otome treasures on their way ASAP!

What if my item arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your item shows up damaged, please send us a quick message with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace it at no extra cost (Etsy might ask for proof too). We pack everything with love, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered!
