I absolutely love this dress!! Pham was very communicative and cared deeply about making sure every detail was right. My dress came right in time for my wedding, and it is GORGEOUS. I’m so impressed and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. 100% would recommend. Only thing that was a bit off was the delivery estimate, it came a few weeks after it was supposed to, but only because they hand craft the dress and that extra care and quality takes time. So if you order, make sure you take that into consideration if you’re using it for a special event. Order sooner than later!! Thank you so much Pham and your team for making the reception dress of my dreams!!

Great quality. Matched the description. The only issue is the additional fee of$50 I had to pay for shipping. Also, that although this is custom made it still was big on my daughter.

I ordered this item in early February and it’s now the end of April and they still haven’t started working on it. It was supposed to be delivered by April 24, and they asked me 3 months after ordering (on April 24) to confirm my measurements (which I already provided when I ordered). Waiting 3 months for an item to arrive is already a long time, but I was okay with it. I messaged them for over 2 months over 7 times asking for an update since it was still not even showing my order was confirmed and never received one. I do really want the dress, but at this point, I have no idea when it will arrive and need it by my wedding date in June so I will have to start looking somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money with these people. Awful awful customer service.

We’d like to clarify for accuracy. This order was placed Feb 11, measurements provided Feb 15. In early April, after reviewing multiple fit issues, we found over 60% of orders had incorrect measurements in at least one key area (bust, waist, hips, thighs). For this order, updated body measurement photos showed significant differences in waist, hips, and thighs compared to the original measurements. Despite our detailed guides, the measurements were not accurate enough to ensure proper fit. Custom dresses rely on accurate measurements. When measurements are inconsistent, additional time is needed for adjustments, which may affect timelines.
