Can I customize the text, thread color, or hat color?

Absolutely! All hats are made to order and fully customizable. You can choose your hat and thread color from the dropdown menus on any listing. If you're ordering from a Custom Hat listing, you'll also be able to enter your own text in the personalization box. Have something specific in mind? Feel free to message me before placing your order!

Do you accept custom designs or logos?

I do! Please message me first with your design to confirm it’s embroidery-friendly. I work primarily on text designs but can do logos if the file is provided in .DST format. I’ll review your file and provide a quote if needed.

When will my order ship?

My current processing time is 1–4 business days, I always aim to ship as soon as possible. Processing times may be adjusted during peak seasons or holidays. Etsy’s estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, location, my processing time, and the shipping carrier. Please note that weekends, holidays, or USPS delays may impact the actual arrival time. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Yes! You can select Priority Mail at checkout for faster shipping. If you’ve already placed your order and would like to upgrade to Priority, just send me a message. While I can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, I’ll make sure your order is prioritized in my queue.

What should I do if my tracking hasn't updated or my order is delayed?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey via USPS. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed, especially during weekends, holidays, or peak shipping times. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, it’s usually still in transit. USPS sometimes skips scans at certain facilities but will continue moving the package toward its destination. If it’s been more than 7 business days since your last update or if your package appears to be stalled, feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to help look into it. While I can’t control USPS delays, I’ll always do my best to assist and make sure your order gets to you safely.

Do you offer bulk discounts for events or group orders?
