Fresh Bourbon vanilla caviar from Madagascar: 100% moist seeds of ripe Bourbon vanilla pods – pure vanilla pulp, ready to use immediately, without scraping.

Characteristics
• 100% pure vanilla seeds (Bourbon vanilla, Madagascar)
• Moist, oily and intensely aromatic
• Free from sugar, alcohol, flavorings or additives
• Not to be confused with dried vanilla seeds, which are mainly used for decoration.

• 15 g or 50 g

dosage
• 2–3 g vanilla caviar per 1 kg of mixture (e.g. ice cream, cream, dough, sauce), depending on the desired intensity.
• Approximately 2 g corresponds to the pulp of a Bourbon pepper – 50 g therefore replaces around 25 peppers.
• The full aroma develops when the caviar is stirred into warm liquid (e.g. milk, cream, butter, syrup) and briefly heated or left to steep.
