Custom and personalized orders

If you'd like to place a custom order, we are here to assist you. Depending on the quantity needed, we usually need 2-4 days to carefully craft and ship it to you. Just send us a message or an email and we'll take it from there. We promise to work around the clock to meet your deadline and create something beautiful for you! Custom Orders delivered are FINAL. Exceptions are: •Product delivered is different to what was ordered. •A mistake was made from our end. •Product is faulty or damaged at arrival. *** Please note*** If you wish to cancel custom order, you must do so within 12 hours of purchase. If you contact us after 12 hours and custom work has been started, we will refund 70% of the payment tendered.

If you need smaller/larger size than indicated, message or email us. (Please note, it is important to contact us for availability of the item, in different size, that caught your eye before adding it to cart). How to choose proper size? 1. Take a cord or measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist at the point you’d like the bracelet to sit. 2. Place the cord on the ruler and read the length. (for measuring tapes, just read the length as indicated).

WHAT VOEUX JEWELRY LIKES ✨I like to be gently put on and removed; ✨I like to be cleaned with a soft, lint free, dry cloth without chemicals; ✨I like to be stored in the pouch I came along with; ✨But I don’t like to be worn with moisture, perfumes/cologne, body oils/creams because of the porous nature of the stones.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our handmade gemstone bracelets, wood earrings and necklaces are packaged in a velvet pouch. However, if you'd like to add that personal touch, we can do a gift packaging. The fee is listed upon check out-gift wrap option.

◆We are happy to offer next or 1-2 day shipping. If you'd like a bracelet in different size, please contact us prior to purchase. Because we source our gemstones from all over the world, we don’t always have them on hand. If we do, your bracelet will be made in period of 2 days. ◆For out of stock items, please reach out to us in order to verify the availability. If we are able to make the bracelets again, please allow at least 2 business days to make it (sometimes faster). If you need the product ASAP, don’t worry; we got you! ◆Small parts such as beads and elastic thread pose a choking hazard, so DO NOT leave children unsupervised with this product!Adult supervision required! ◆My wife and I have been wearing a set of our bracelets,on daily basis, since October,2019, and we haven’t experienced any issues. We have also received an amazing feedback from our current customers. But we know mishaps can occur. If you have any issues within 30 days of receiving our product, please contact us to initiate a repair request. Please include your original order number (or confirmation number) and dated receipt. If none of these are available please let me know the date the order was placed, the name of the individual who placed the order and the shipping address. All repairs must be authorized in advance. We will only charge you for Shipping and handling.

When to expect your order to arrive?

◆We will ship the package and/or make the items once the payment is received. If you are paying with check, we will process your order once the payment clears. ◆You must pay within 24 hours after placing the order. If the payment is not received within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled. ◆ Once the payment clears, depending on your order, we usually need 1-2 days in order to ship the items to you. After we Ship the product it's up to the carrier.
