- 3 cm x 1-1.5 cm (13" x 1/2) strip of twill tape
- Small strip of interfacing
- Loop turner
- Thread, scissors, sewing machine

I haven't made the dress yet, but the instructions are very clear and easy to understand. I also really appreciated that the amount (and type) of fabric required is listed, because I've had patterns not have that. On top of that there's even a youtube tutorial for it!
