Our designers have carefully checked the finished product of this card holder. There are no major issues. The card slots are just right. Is there any misunderstanding? Every detail during the production of leather items determines the final result. The thickness of the leather is also a factor. We recommend a thickness of 1.8mm. Then you need to sew it tightly with stitches. The case you opened was a deliberately bad review made to get a full refund. We immediately communicated with you and tried to solve the problem actively. If it is really bad, we won't receive good reviews from other people. I don't want anyone to deliberately distort the quality of the product for no reason.
