The suzani arrived with a darker green that the photo on the website. The fabric is a lovely heavy linen that will hang well on the wall. Update: after finishing the edges, placing a border around the edges, and pulling loose threads to the back, the suzani is ready to hang. It will look really good on the wall.

That’s amazing! It sounds like a lot of work went into finishing the edges and fixing the threads, but it's totally going to be worth it. Even if the green is a bit darker than expected, high-quality linen looks so elegant on a wall. Can't wait to see it all hung up!"
As other reviewers have mentioned, the colors are brighter than they appear in the photos, so the overall impression is quite different from what I expected. The embroidery is also much less dense than shown in the photos and appears rather rough and uneven. In addition, the edges are unfinished and already fraying, so I would not recommend this item for anyone hoping to use it as a cover without further finishing. The cotton fabric itself is very sturdy, but it is also quite stiff and heavy. Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations based on the product photos.
