An item that didn't physically exist was just a drawing to be made, it has to be a joke, I want my money back... it said "laser-cut cricket cage," how am I supposed to imagine it was a drawing? What a load of rubbish.

Items marked as a FILE are digital downloaded files to be used on a laser or other cutting/engraving machine. Titles and descriptions on my Etsy pages are clearly marked with the FILE and digital download. So sorry for the confusion, but digital downloads cannot be refunded because they are automatically sent to the buyer upon purchase. I have replied multiple times to your questions and stated this.
