We make custom and personalized orders! You just need to ask us if we can satisfy your wishes in an individual order and agree on the production time and price.

The detailed dimensions and weight of each product are always available in the description under each product, but you can additionally ask us if you have any doubts or additional questions.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We have an option of free gift wrapping, you need to contact us with a request for gift wrapping and we will try to find a special package for you.

How long does the delivery take?

Standard delivery - about 10-20 days, during a non-holiday season. If you want your item by a deadline, please write me a message and I'll try to help. Expedited delivery is available.

How long will it take to produce my order?

It all depends on the type of product you bought. All of our products are handmade and we always take the utmost care in the manufacture of each order. If it is some accessories or bags, the production takes 3-5 days, if it is knitted items, the preparation takes 7-10 days. IMPORTANT! If you need to have the goods produced as soon as possible, you must inform us about this.

After purchasing the goods, you can cancel your order within 3 hours, after which the goods are put into production and are executed until they are ready.
