All products in our shop are available for wholesale, either personalised or in plain version. For more information or to discuss wholesale pricing, please contact us directly.

Do you offer handwriting or logo engraving?

Yes, we do. If you'd like to use your own handwriting or a logo, just get in touch after placing your order, we'll guide you through how to upload the design.

We offer Royal Mail next day delivery with tracking for all orders. DHL is also available as a shipping upgrade at checkout. If you have a specific courier preference, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer engraving in languages other than English?

Yes, we offer engraving in a variety of languages, including different alphabets and symbols. Feel free to let us know your preferences.

Can I preview the engraving before it's done?

Yes, we're happy to provide a mock-up design before engraving. Please contact us as soon as you place your order so we can prepare a preview for your approval.

• Dollond London offers personalised nautical and gift items crafted in our London workshop. We’ve proudly served customers at London street markets and are now bringing our products to Etsy.

• All UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and include next-day delivery with tracking.
International orders are also sent via Royal Mail with tracking, and typically arrive within 3–7 working days depending on location and customs processing.

Please note: customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
