THE DESIGN AND COLORS:

THE FABRIC:
The Fabric is new, with some wrinkles, folds and is NOT pre-washed. We cut ALL of our fabric to order. The fabric is cut by hand. Multiple quantities of the same fabric, within the same transaction, will usually be a continuous cut of fabric. Remnants and fat eighths will be separate cuts, if you want these cuts combined, please put a message within your order and I will do my best to have them combined, this is not a guarantee. If you are wanting a higher quantity than what is listed, please message me for availability. I sell on different platforms and may have more available.

SHIPPING:
I try to ship same or next day. The USPS has slowed down their delivery times. For more information on those delivery times please visit their website. We have no control on how long it takes for the USPS to deliver your package. All items are shipped from Central Florida.

We combine shipping, and ship with tracking. Once we drop the items off at the post office with the tracking number it is out of our control.

Etsy uses PitneyBowes.com for tracking of small packages (anything under 3 oz). This tracking number starts with 003. If you would like to upgrade your tracking to USPS, you can do so at checkout by choosing a different shipping method.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:
This option is available with Priority Shipping through USPS. Etsy has both buyer and seller protection policies and also provides insurance for items purchased.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
If you would like expedited shipping, please upgrade to Priority or Express Shipping at checkout.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS:
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, or exchanges on any order as these items are cut to order. Cancellations are only available if the order has not been cut and/or processed.
