Return and refund policy

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Cancellations are accepted before orders have shipped. Please reach out to me if you order is damaged or lost, and I will work with you to provide a refund or replacement. Please double check your mailing address before ordering. I am not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect mailing addresses. If your purchase has been shipped to an old address, please contact your local postal carrier for assistance. Packages returned to me due to an address error will be partially refunded for the item cost, minus any Etsy fees from the sale. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order is returned to me and you'd like me to reship it, a secondary shipping charge will be invoiced to you.

Tracking and Postal Service

For domestic orders, all packages are mailed with tracking through USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on the weight and shipping cost. For international orders, MOST packages are mailed with tracking either through Asendia USA or USPS First-Class international. Orders that contain only stickers are mailed in an envelope using a global stamp to keep shipping costs low. It will NOT come with tracking. If you are interested in express shipping options, please reach out to me before ordering and I will be happy to work with you.

International customers: Please note buyers are responsible for any custom duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. I am not responsible for shipping delays due to customs. Additionally, any extra customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred are the buyer's responsibility.

Handmade by myself, the recipe is one I’ve developed and fine-tuned through much research and many batches.

Each lip balm is flavored, colored and scented to match the character they're based off of. Flavors and colors include:

▶ Optimus Prime - Ice Pop, White with a subtle blue sheen
▶ Bumblebee - Honey, Yellow
▶ Starscream - Strawberry, Red
▶ Shockwave - Grape Soda, Purple

The labels are printed on high-quality glossy paper and come with a safety seal.

Ingredients: Beeswax, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Flavoring, lip-safe mica powder colorant

These lip balms are colored but not tinted - they will not apply color to your lips like make-up does.
