Where do your shells and beach finds come from?

All of my shells, mermaid purses, shell egg casings, water caltrops, etc are naturally and ethically sourced, by my own hands. I DO NOT believe in live shelling, so if I find something beautiful that is occupied, I will return the shell and it's critter to the ocean. I have personally handpicked each item from various beaches in my travels. I make time to go to the beach weekly, and I am always on the lookout for new and exciting gifts from the ocean. I believe the good energy you put into the world is what you get back. Most of my beach finds are from my favorite places which include but are not limited to: -Long Island, New York -Myrtle Beach South Carolina -Jupiter, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Fort Meyers and Sanibel in Florida

How are your oils sourced and are they natural?

I have worked hard to find oils that are ethically sourced and 100% natural. All of my oils are certified to be: -Vegan Friendly -Cruelty Free -Kosher Certified -Contain Non-GMO Ingredients All of my items are well researched, well sourced and naturally and ethically sound.

What is your store guarantee?

I guarantee that if your item arrives damaged/defective, I will ship a replacement out immediately. If a replacement is not available, I will fully refund your order once I have received your return.

Can mini decals be made into a larger size? Can larger decals be made into minis?

Yes, any mini decal you see listed can definitely be made larger. Simply message me with the decal you're asking about, give me an approximate size you're looking for and I can message you with your options and some pricing info. Unfortunately, not all the larger decals can be made into minis however, because the minis are so small, details can get lost, but I am always willing to give it a shot so don't hesitate to ask.

My tracking number not working on the USPS website

In order to offer free shipping, I send out my decals and stickers in either a 5" x 7" envelope or a manila envelope. Unfortunately, the post office does not have tracking on envelopes. The tracking number is provided to Etsy as a "courtesy" and because it's a courtesy, tracking info is not always accurate or even available. This is also the reason the tracking number will not work on the USPS site and can only be tracked through Etsy. Unfortunately, once the post office has possession of a package, I no longer have any control over what happens from there. Any orders $25 and over will be sent out USPS Ground Advantage with an official USPS tracking number.

My sticker/decal order says delivered but it never arrived

I have learned that Delivered, usually means it has made it to your local post office and is being sorted for delivery. Most orders show up within 1-2 mail days of the delivered notification. Unfortunately, the post office has been terrible lately, so please be patient, I send out ALL orders within the time frame stated however, once USPS has it, I have no control over anything anymore.

Do you send out your packages with a tracking number?

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

Yes, I do!! In order to be able to offer free shipping, I need to keep my shipping costs as low as possible. Any orders under $25 will be mailed USPS first class mail and any orders totaling $25 or more will be sent out USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like to pay for a shipping upgrade, please contact me for specifics. I will need to know the following information: What are you looking to order and what quantity?
