How do I download my files?

After purchase, Etsy will email you a receipt with a download link. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, or Promotions folders. You can also download your order by logging into Etsy on a web browser (not the mobile app) and going to Your Account → Purchases and reviews → Download Files, or by clicking here: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Your download will include a PDF containing the link to your artwork files. Inside the PDF, you’ll see "Click Here To Access Your Purchase". Click it to access your files.

I used Apple Pay -- where is my download?

If you checked out using Apple Pay or an Apple ID, Etsy may have sent your download link to a randomly-generated Apple email address. If this is the case, download your order by clicking here using a web browser (not the mobile app): www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you’re still having trouble, please message us through Etsy and we’d be happy to help. Etsy Support can also assist in locating your order.

Why isn’t the download button inside the PDF clickable?

If the button isn't clickable, the PDF is likely being viewed in preview mode. Quick fix: Download the PDF, then open it in a web browser (like Safari or Chrome) and click the button again.

What are your recommendations for printing?

There are a few great ways to print your artwork, depending on the quality you’re looking for. Below are our recommendations, in order: 1. Professional online print labs (best quality), such as WhiteWall, The Print Space, or Mpix. 2. Local print shops (faster & more cost-effective), such as Staples, Costco, or Office Depot. 3. Home printing (fastest & cheapest). Please note that color and overall quality may vary depending on your printer, settings, and ink. Paper Tip: For a clean, modern look, choose a heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock. For vintage-style prints, archival fine art paper delivers the most authentic vintage look.

Where can I find a frame for my print?

Here are three frame websites that we like: frameiteasy.com oppositewall.com framebridge.com Additionally, we recommend searching by your preferred keywords such as "thin wooden frame" on websites like Etsy, Michaels, Ikea, Amazon, and Target

Do you offer custom prints?

We offer quote, color, size, and orientation customization for most prints. If we’re able to accommodate your request, we’ll direct you to our customization add-on listing, which must be purchased alongside the print you’d like customized (https://www.etsy.com/listing/4443541285/).
