One pair of Converse (brand new) in the color and size you select.

Fully hand-embroidered floral design shown in the listing (or your approved custom design).

A preview sketch/photo for approval on custom orders (when requested).

1) Manufacturing & Processing

After you place your order we begin preparing the shoes.

If the selected color/size is in stock, we process right away. Some colors and half sizes may need to be ordered, which adds processing time.

Embroidery time: 3–10 business days, depending on design complexity.

Once embroidered we ship the pair to you — shipping time depends on your location.

Important: Each pair is purchased from the brand and then hand-embroidered to order. Please double-check your shoe size before checkout.

2) Custom Embroidery Options

Make it yours — we can embroider:

Flowers, animals, icons, or other images

Photos of personal flowers or wedding bouquets

Names, birthdays, anniversaries, and short text

How it works:

Send your idea or image via the Private Listing message.

We provide an embroidery sketch for your approval.

After you approve, we stitch the design onto the shoes.

Custom pricing: $5–$10 depending on complexity. (Final price confirmed after design review.)

3) Sizing Guidance

Converse recommends buying a half size down (especially for narrow feet).

If you have wide feet, consider sizing up by half a size.

If you already own Converse, use your usual Converse size.

4) Delivery Timeline & Tracking

Processing (embroidery) + shipping: 1–2 weeks before dispatch.

Shipping estimates after dispatch:

USA: 8–14 business days

United Kingdom: 10–15 business days

Europe: 12–20 business days

Canada: 20–30 business days

Other countries: 20–40 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

5) Exchanges, Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations: Allowed only within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours we will begin processing and cannot cancel.

Returns/Exchanges: Because this is a custom, made-to-order item (hand embroidery), we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose your size and design carefully.

If you’d like a photo of your shoes before shipping, add a note in “Write to seller” at checkout.

Notes & Care

Actual colors may vary slightly from screen displays due to monitor settings.

Treat embroidered areas gently — avoid abrasive contact and machine washing if possible. Spot clean or use gentle hand wash.
