💜🌌 What’s Your Return & Refund Policy?

We’re happy to support returns if there is a manufacturing defect. If your item has any production issue, please do NOT wash it, take clear photos of the problem, and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you quickly. Refunds are available only for wrong or damaged items. Please send us photos, and we’ll take care of it for you. Our refund/exchange window is 14 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist once this timeframe has passed.

💜🌌 Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! You may cancel your order within 3 hour of placing it. After that time, your order will already be in processing or production and can no longer be canceled.

💜🌌 What Should I Do If I Receive a Wrong or Damaged Item?

We’re so sorry if this happens! 😢 Please message us within 7 days of receiving your order and include: - Clear photos of the issue - Your order number We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

💜🌌 Can I Exchange for a Different Size or Color?

Size or color changes are accepted only if the order has not entered production yet. Please double-check our sizing chart in the product photos before ordering. If we sent the wrong size, we’ll happily offer an exchange or refund.

💜🌌 What printing method do I use?

At the moment, our store uses DTF or DTG printing. DTF (Direct to Film) printing allows the design to be transferred onto the fabric using a special film, which helps ensure the printed colors stay vibrant and look exactly like the images shown in the listing. This method is especially great for bold, bright, and detailed designs. DTG (Direct to Garment) is a more eco-friendly method where the ink is printed directly onto the fabric without using a film layer. Please note that with DTG, some neon or very bright colors may appear slightly less vibrant and a bit dull compared to the mockup. If you’d like to change to a specific printing method, please contact me right away

💜🌌 My Package Is Lost — What Should I Do?

- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist you. - If tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact your local shipping carrier. - For extra security, we recommend choosing “Signature Required” at checkout. - Once marked as delivered, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
