AVA jewelry is handcrafted in sterling silver & 14K gold fill with high quality materials. Your jewelry is waterproof, hypoallergenic and can be worn everyday. But they are natural metals and to keep them bright and shiny to last for years we have some tips: - Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics and other chemicals - Remove jewelry before going to bed or gym - Store your jewelry in an air tight space. AVA jewelry boxes are perfect! - Remove jewelry when bathing, showering or swimming - Clean regularly with mild soapy water and a soft cloth

Sustainability & Packaging

We are committed to the nature. Because of this all our packaging is ECO. All designs are shipped in a compostable mailer box made from sturdy FSC®-certified corrugated cardboard. Our ECO jewellery boxes use FSC®-certified natural cardboard and water-based glue. The paper contains residues from organic products, which replace 15% of the wood pulp. For these boxes, a by-product from corn production is used.. Our tissue paper, business card, postcard and envelope are recyclable and made of recycled paper. Each piece of jewelry is made by hand here in California using minimal waste practices. We are proud to be a brand that works for a better environment. All our suppliers are certified and ethically sourced.

Return, exchange and cancellations

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery Ship items back within 14 days of delivery Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Free US shipping for purchases over $35 We ship worldwide - International shipping - $15 flat rate. AVA is a handcrafted jewelry and it takes a little time and care. Processing your order usually takes within 5-7 business days depending of the design. All orders will be shipped from California. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct address before placing the order. If an error is discovered with the address that was provided, unfortunately, we will need to charge a service fee.
