Where do I send you my photos?

Please email me your photos at vs.digital.illustrations@gmail.com or attach them via Etsy messages, using the ''Upload image'' button.

Please note that you will receive a high resolution digital file of your illustration that you can print by yourself or take to a printer. No physical delivery is offered and no physical item will be shipped to you.

Where do I receive my final high resolution digital files?

Once you are satisfied with your illustration, I will send you the final high resolution files via email.

Can I send you my photos before I place my order?

Yes, absolutely. If you are not sure whether your photos will work for the illustration, you can contact me via Etsy messages and send me your pictures before your purchase. I will let you know if they will work. The higher quality photos you send me, the better your illustration will turn out. Please avoid blurry and dark images.

How many free revisions do you do before charging?

I offer unlimited revisions. You can ask for changes on the illustration, if needed, for free. For example, those could be: changing the hair color, outfit color, small edits on the character, background, etc.) If you request changes that require additional hours of work, there is an additional fee (for example to change the whole character and draw it all over again, to change the whole character pose and create a new one). I always work hard to meet your expectations.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies depending on the specific commission or project. It varies from 3 to 9 business days.

💕 HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the number of figures you would like me to draw and choose your preferred file size.
1 figure = 1 adult, child, baby, pet, vehicle or building.

2. Send me your description/ ideas and high-resolution photos via Etsy message. Please include your email address as well.

3. Your illustration will take 3-8 days to complete. Let me know if you need it by a specific date.

GREAT EXAMPLE FOR А DESCRIPTION:
“I’m ordering this portrait as a retirement gift for my husband. Please draw him in his police uniform, standing next to his patrol car. He has short brown hair and usually wears glasses, so please include those. I’d like him smiling and holding a coffee cup in one hand and his radio in the other.
For the background, please draw a police station with a city street behind it. You can add a small banner that says: ‘Happy Retirement – Thank You for 30 Years of Service!’
I’m attaching several photos of him, his uniform badge and the patrol car for reference. Thank you so much!”
