BEFORE OPENING YOUR PACKAGE

To help us support you quickly and easily if there is any issue with your order, please record a short video while opening your package and take a few clear photos of both the inside and outside of the parcel. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Some of our orders are shipped from the United States, and international deliveries can sometimes take longer due to customs processing and local postal services. We monitor your tracking daily and your shipment is continuing through the delivery network. Even if the estimated delivery date has passed, most packages arrive shortly afterward. WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS ON MY SCREEN?

We use high-quality printing methods to ensure the closest possible color match. However, please keep in mind that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and the nature of the printing process. These small differences are completely normal and do not affect the overall quality of the product. If you have any concerns about colors before placing your order, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to help.

DELIVERY TIME-IMPORTANT ORDERS

For important or time-sensitive orders, please consider the estimated delivery time before placing your order. Our packages usually arrive earlier than expected. However, to avoid any possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend placing your order in advance. Ordering early helps prevent any inconvenience or last-minute issues.

Wash the t-shirt inside out on a gentle cycle using very low temperature and low spin. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, as they may damage the print. Do not tumble dry; air dry naturally. Wash with similar colors and avoid high heat. Proper care will help maintain the quality and longevity of the print.
