Please handle your item with care when attaching, removing, or moving pieces. My designs include detailed 3D sculpted elements, so thinner decorative areas should be handled gently. Avoid dropping, bending, or forcing pieces together to help keep everything looking its best.

۶ৎ How do I assemble the headphone stand base?

𑣲 When assembling the base make sure that the THICKER part of the column is at the top and the SLIMMER side is at the bottom to ensure the pieces fit correctly!

۶ৎ Custom orders & birthday orders

Currently I only do custom colour combos with the colours in my shop, feel free to message me for a specific colour combo not listed as an option! For birthday orders that need to be delivered by a certain date, you MUST message me as soon as possible to inform me or else there is no guarantee of delivery by said date as everything is made to order and I cant control the delivery companies!

۶ৎ How long will my order take?

All items are 3D printed and made to order. Please allow 1–4 weeks for printing, finishing, quality checking, and packing before shipment. Orders are completed in the order they are received. By purchasing, you understand the item may take up to 4 weeks to ship ♡

I do not sell any of my stl files!

۶ৎ My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Damage can sometimes happen during transit, even when items are carefully packed. If your item arrives damaged, please message me as soon as possible with clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box/packaging, and a short explanation of what happened. Once the damage is verified, I’ll do my best to make it right. In most cases, I send a replacement at no extra cost as long as the required photos are provided ♡

۶ৎ Why do orders take so long?

Each headphone stand/controller stand requires 6-10 hours printing time! Meaning per day I'm able to print around 2 stands! In some cases I experience printer malfunctions, print failures, and supplies stock running out which causes more delay. I am also a full time student and the only person running this shop so I truly appreciate your patience for me to carefully create you something beautiful ദ്ദി◝ ⩊ ◜.ᐟ

۶ৎ Material details?

I 3D print all of my products using PLA! Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, small layer lines, slight surface variations, or tiny imperfections may be visible. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed items and are part of the unique handmade process. Each piece is carefully inspected, but minor details such as subtle lines or marks may occur and do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product!
