• Processing Tip: Add directly to the water phase or the cool-down phase of your formulation. It is heat-stable up to 70°C (158°F), but dissolves easily at room temperature.

• Formulator Note: Zinc PCA is an electrolyte. If you are creating a thick cream or gel using traditional carbomers or sodium polyacrylate thickeners, the zinc may cause your formula to thin out or lose its viscosity. Pair it with salt-tolerant thickeners like Xanthan Gum, Sclerotium Gum, or Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC) instead.
