All items are carefully wrapped and packaged well to protect your purchase. During check out, marking an order as "Gift" means that no pricing info will be shown in the package. It does not mean the item is categorized as "Gift" under customs labels. However, Crystal Rock Star does not include a packing slip to save on paper. Please refer to your emailed order confirmation instead. There is an option to add Gift Wrapping during checkout if you want a nicely wrapped order for gifting. Please take care in handling your crystals. Refunds not given due to dropping or rough handling after items are in your care. Remove jewelry during intense physical activity, swimming, showering or washing dishes to preserve stone and metal quality. For bracelet care, please roll off bracelets to maintain integrity instead of over stretching the bracelet.

Please check tracking and contact me if your package is lost. In the case of damage, please provide photo evidence of both packaging and damaged goods. Products must be returned before a refund can be issued, this is according to insurance claim rules. All delivery costs incurred are not eligible for refund. To save paper, no printed receipt is included. Please refer to your online order info and emailed receipt.
