Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do custom sizes and designs. Send your measurements (width, depth, height), faucet hole count, backsplash yes/no, and a reference photo. We send a technical drawing for approval before production. After approval, we start production and share progress photos.

Sizes are listed in the dropdown options on each listing. If you need a custom size, message me your exact measurements and faucet hole details. For wall-mount sinks, please also confirm your bracket/support plan or ask us for guidance.

Marble is a natural stone. We recommend sealing after installation and using a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acidic products (vinegar, bleach, strong bathroom cleaners). Wipe spills quickly to prevent etching and staining.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We don’t offer gift wrap, but we pack extremely securely. Items ship in a protective crate with internal padding to reduce damage risk. If you want a gift note, message me the text and I’ll include it.

We ship with all customs, duties, and import taxes covered by us. You will not be asked to pay extra fees at delivery.

quality good shipper did t pack sink well and it arrived with a small chip on the top center. i worked with yusuf they sent me a new sink and made good on the problem. the only issue i would say is the communication. and the response time on communications. other then that they customized a beautiful sink for me and they did do the right thing i would recommend palmer marble

OBSESSED. The sink is so beautiful, I love it. Such an amazing statement piece. It was packaged very well and arrived safe and sound. Customer Service was great at communicating the steps along the way. Once installed, I'll update with a picture if I can!
