Product is super cute and fits my kindle perfectly. seller was able to help me figure out case sizing for kindle however responded once a day in the late evening which delayed process. product is made to order which took about three weeks. shipping from seller store took about 2 weeks to receive. for whatever reason i could not access any shipping information until last three days of shipping which is odd
