1. What is included in each party set?

Each listing may offer different set options, and each option may include different items. Please read the option name and listing description carefully before placing your order. Items shown in photos may be used for styling or display, and may not all be included unless they are listed in the selected option.

2. How do I submit personalization details?

Please enter all names, ages, dates, colors, and any special requests in the personalization box or order notes before checkout. For personalized plates, napkins, banners, backdrops, crowns, bags, and other custom items, please double-check spelling and details carefully. If we notice a possible spelling issue, layout concern, or very long name, we may message you before production.

3. Will I receive a proof or mockup before production?

For personalized items with special requests or design details that need confirmation, we may send a proof/mockup through Etsy messages before production. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we may proceed with production using our best design judgment to help avoid delaying your party timeline.

4. How long does it take to make my order?

Most regular party supplies take about 3–4 days to process before shipping. Personalized items usually take about 5–8 days to process before shipping. Processing time may vary during busy seasons or for larger custom orders. If you have a party date, please include it with your order so we can better understand your timeline.

5. When should I order for my party? Do you offer rush orders?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your party date, especially for personalized items or larger party sets. International orders may need more time. Some items may be eligible for rush processing, but rush availability is not guaranteed. Please message us before ordering if your event date is close, and we’ll let you know what may be possible.

6. Do balloons arrive inflated? Is assembly required?

Balloons are shipped flat and uninflated. Some party items, such as banners, highchair decorations, cake toppers, or balloon setups, may require simple assembly. Plates, napkins, cups, and tablecloths are disposable party supplies unless otherwise stated in the listing.

7. Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may happen due to screen settings, lighting, material texture, or production batches. Small variations in balloon colors, printed designs, fabrics, and party supplies are normal and do not affect the overall party look.

8. What is your return, exchange, or problem-resolution policy?

Non-personalized party supplies may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue caused by our shop. If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging. Depending on your party date and the situation, we will be happy to discuss a replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.
