ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

- Approximately 18 sticks per box. Natural wood sticks with white heads only.

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Choose the quantity that you want and the sides you want customized (front only or both the front and back) or choose Blank if you do not want any design.
2. Choose the design that you want (see images for reference).
- Choose Blank if you have chosen any of the blank options from the first dropdown.
- Choose Submit Your Own if you have your own Artwork and send it to us through messages.
3. In the personalization box, put any information relevant to the design you have chosen (name, locations, date, etc.).
- Leave blank if no customization is required.
4. Submit your order.

PROOFS:

Please indicate in the notes section if you would like a proof of your matchboxes. We will send this to you within 2 business days. Once you confirm, we will immediately begin the production of your order.

CUSTOM OPTIONS:

All graphic designs and printing are done in house, therefore we are able to customize to meet your needs! Please feel free to let us know if you’d like to modify designs, or submit your own.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All matchboxes are made to order, and specifically designed for your needs. Given these are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, please do send us a message if you are not satisfied. Our goal is to ensure that our products will add extra pizzazz to your event, and we will do our best to make this happen!

RUSH ORDERS:

Our products' turnaround time is 4-5 weeks. If you would like your items sooner, we have rush order options. Rush prices will depend on your requested date. Please send us a message letting us know when you need your order, and we will do our best to work with your time frame.

INTERNATIONAL AND RUSH SHIPPING:

We ship INTERNATIONALLY. Prices for international and rush shipping vary based on quantity, weight and location. Please message us for any inquiries so we can provide you accurate pricing. Thank you!
