3. After confirmation, we will begin meticulous production. The production cycle is approximately 5-7 business days, after which the shoes will be shipped.

⚠️ Important Note: Regarding Customization and Return/Exchange Policy

• Because each pair of shoes is custom-made to your specifications and involves handcrafted artistry, once production begins, we cannot accept order cancellations, exchanges, or returns (unless there is a serious discrepancy between our description and the actual product or the wrong item was sent).

• Please carefully review your customized text, color, and style requirements before placing your order. We will confirm with you before production begins; confirmation signifies your agreement to begin production.

• We promise to strictly adhere to the agreed-upon design. After production, we will send you photos of the finished product for preview. We will only arrange shipment after you are satisfied.

• In case of sizing issues: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos. Provided the shoes are unworn, without any marks, and the tags are intact, we can arrange an exchange for a different size (you will need to bear the round-trip shipping costs, and the customized text/pattern will remain unchanged). Customized items are non-refundable.

• If the goods are damaged in transit or have serious quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of signing for the goods and provide evidence. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Shoes arrived 6 weeks after they were ordered with the paint already peeling. We attempted to get a refund through the seller since the item was damaged and they were not helpful, leaving us to have to go through Etsy for the refund.
