Processing Time
Orders require 3–5 business days for processing. Processing time includes the period before production begins, as items can only enter production after Etsy releases funds and the order is accepted into the manufacturer’s queue.

Production Time
Once processing is complete, items require an additional 1–7 business days for production, depending on the product and print provider.

Shipping Time
Shipping time varies based on your location and carrier transit times. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control. Once an item has shipped, I have very limited ability to intervene.

Important Holiday Notice:
During holidays, carrier delays are common and can be significant. If your order is intended as a gift, please order early. I cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates during peak holiday seasons.
Please note: Etsy provides an estimated delivery date at checkout, but this estimate does not account for processing time, production time, holiday delays, or carrier transit issues, and actual delivery may vary.

Gift Orders
If your purchase is a gift, please mark it as a gift at checkout. Otherwise, I will not know the order is intended as a gift.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 days of purchase only. After this window, items may already be entering production and cannot be canceled.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and include clear photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box so I can assist with a replacement.

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or flawed.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photo proof. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.
All other sales are final.
