The finished product turns out beautifully. This took just over a full ball of Bernat Blanket in each of the black and white. The head is quite heavy so I put a plastic container inside that spanned the head and body for stability. Note that there is an error in the pattern for the legs (rows 10 and 11) - the end stitch count is correct but not the instructions to get you to that count. Also, there isn't detailed guidance on the placement of the limbs and ears. This allows creative placement but may feel like an omission for people used to patterns that specify exact rows or number of stitches between sewn items. Overall, this is well designed pattern. Thank you to the designer!
