Custom and personalized orders

We can personalize most of our items. Please message us through Etsy with any custom requests, and we will do our best to help you. Once an order is placed for a custom or personalized item, we are unable to change your order in any way, including changing the name you choose, the photos, the address, or any other option. Once your order is placed, it will go into production, and we are unable to stop the production process for changes. To streamline production time, we also do not offer previews of your order prior to shipping.

Is everything made after an order is placed?

Yes, we only make or print your custom item and all personalized items once they're ordered. We do this to keep costs down and we pass that savings onto the customer. We also do this to avoid overstocked inventory. This does require some patience from our customers. Our production times are available in each listing and can vary depending on the product. Usually, they are 3-10 business days prior to shipping. Our shipping times do not include our production times or the amount of time it takes to make and/or print your order. Shipping times are estimates provided by the couriers and not guaranteed.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not currently offer gift wrapping or packaging with any of our items. We are working on ways to incorporate this, but it is not yet available.

If we have a question about your order, such as clarifying an address or a customization, we will reach out through Etsy messaging, and if we receive no response, we will have no choice but to cancel and refund your order. If your order is returned to sender because of an incomplete or invalid address, there is sometimes an option to re-ship for a fee of $8-10. We would need to get the corrected address from the customer and the fee would need to be paid via PayPal before re-shipping. However, this may not be available on all products. There are no refunds given for orders with incomplete addresses due to customer error.

What are my shipping options?

We charge reasonable shipping fees for our products. Shipping timeframes are averages and not guaranteed by the couriers, us or Etsy. Please note some of our products are designed in Utah and made in China, so it is going to take some time for you to receive your order. If a "ship from" location is inaccurate due to an error, we do not provide refunds. We appreciate your notification of this and will make corrections when this is brought to our attention. 🎀 The U.S. shipping charge is to the 48 contiguous states 🎀 Shipping to non-contiguous regions may incur extra fees 🎀 When an order comes in from any part of the United States outside of the 48 contiguous states, a link for the additional shipping charge will be sent to you.

What do I do if my order is lost by the courier?

We do not provide refunds for orders that are lost by the shipping courier. We can only provide approved replacements. Once an order shows a confirmed delivery, we are not authorized to give refunds. Etsy covers lost shipments in their Protection Program. The customer can also go through the courier to file a claim and work with the courier to find the lost shipment. If the customer refuses delivery or the order is otherwise undeliverable due to no fault of our shop, there are no refunds and no re-makes. The customer will have to place a new order. This includes returns due to the customer not being available for delivery or locked access to the delivery address.

Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products; there are no exceptions. All sales are final. In the case of deliveries that are later than expected, we do not offer refunds or returns, as the delivery date ranges are averages provided by the couriers and are not guaranteed by the couriers, our shop, or by Etsy. Delivery delays can be expected during the Christmas shopping season, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and more. Color differences are due to slight monitor differences and are not a valid reason for refunds or replacements. Customer accepts this upon ordering. Replacements may be arranged if defects or damage is reported, with photo evidence, within 7 days of delivery, upon approval.

No response from customer

If we have a question about your order, we will message you through Etsy messaging. If we receive no response from you within 48 hours, we will either cancel your order or use our best judgment in producing your item. No response from the customer is acceptance of this policy, and no refunds or re-makes are accepted. If the customer leaves a bad review, we want to work to fix the issue, so we will message the customer, usually 2 times, and if we do not hear back from the customer within 48 hours to resolve the issue, we will respond publicly to the review. Once we respond publicly, we do not fix or change any issues for the customer. Because of this, we urge the customer to respond promptly so we may resolve any order or product issues.

Why is my order coming from China?

Although we do our best to produce our products in the USA, we outline that we design some of our products in Utah and send our specs to our Asia manufacturers to finish the design according to our specs, customers may still not see this. If there are errors on the "ship from" location, that is not a valid reason for a refund. Our Custom Design Process On some of our items, we design your order, one at a time, and send the final design specs to our printing and manufacturing company in Asia. They use our personalized design specs and make your final product. We have vetted our manufacturer, and they consistently produce very high-quality products.
