📏 Available Sizes (Square pillows): 14" x 14" | 16" x 16" | 18" x 18" | 20" x 20" (Please refer to the size chart in the product photos for guidance.)

📐 PRODUCT DETAILS: PILLOW WITH INSERT INCLUDED or PILLOWCASE ONLY

▸ Soft faux sueded fabric: buttery-soft touch, matte finish, lightweight yet durable (100% polyester with sueded finish)
▸ Hidden zipper closure: seamless edge, so the cover can be removed for washing
▸ Note: Size variance +/- 1.25"
▸ Available in multiple sizes: select from the drop-down menu before ordering
▸ Made to order: produced fresh exclusively for you

🧺 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
▸ Remove the insert from the cover before washing
▸ Machine wash cover on gentle cycle, cold water. Do not bleach
▸ Tumble dry low or air dry flat
▸ Do not iron directly on the printed surface (use a pressing cloth if needed, or iron on reverse)
▸ Insert: spot clean only, or follow the care label on the insert
▸ Reassemble when fully dry. Faux suede looks best when fluffed, not over-pressed

CANCELLATION POLICY
We produce every order fresh and send it to production quickly, which means our cancellation window is short but we will always do our best to help.

If you need to cancel your order, please send us an Etsy direct message within 2 hours of purchase. Orders sent to production cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected, so the sooner you contact us, the better.

Made the wrong size selection? Message us the moment you realise. We will do everything we can to catch it before production begins.

We are not able to cancel orders that have already entered production. If your order has passed the 2-hour window, it will be fulfilled as placed.

ORDERS, QUALITY & OUR PROMISE
Every MediterraLuxe piece is made specifically for your order. We take full responsibility for what leaves our hands, and we stand firmly behind every piece we produce.

We will always resolve:
▸ Items that arrive damaged in transit
▸ Items with a genuine print defect or production fault
▸ Items that are incorrect (wrong design, wrong size from what was ordered)

To request a resolution, please contact us via Etsy direct message. We respond to every message personally and will resolve genuine issues promptly. Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with clear photographs of the item and the packaging so we can make it right.

Please note: we are unable to investigate or resolve issues that are not reported to us directly. If you have a concern about your order, message us first. We are here and we will respond.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for:
▸ Colour variation within normal print-on-demand production tolerance (especially on deep teal, plum and mustard tones)
▸ Size variation within normal production tolerance
▸ Printed design elements mistaken for physical texture. All visual effects (petal shading, leaf veins, scrollwork detail, shadow gradients) are printed artwork; the physical surface is smooth faux suede
▸ Product features clearly described in this listing
▸ Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selected at checkout
▸ Damage caused by care that contradicts the instructions provided in this listing

By placing an order you confirm that you have read this listing in full and agree to these terms.

We want you to love what you receive. If something is genuinely wrong, message us directly and we will fix it. That is our promise, and we keep it.
