• Once your package is checked in by the post office, I am no longer responsible for it.

3. Careful Packaging
• Your order will be packed with care and love. Breakable items will be securely wrapped with bubble wrap for extra protection. However, I cannot control how USPS handles the box during transit.
• If your box arrives severely damaged and the items inside are also damaged, please file a claim directly with USPS for a refund.
4. Combined Shipping
• If you place multiple orders and would like them shipped together, please send me a message. I will gladly combine shipping where possible and refund any shipping overages.

• If your item arrives damaged (but the box is intact) or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me immediately upon receiving the package.
• Include photos of the damage or wrong item in your message.
• For wrong items, a return shipping label will be provided, and a full refund will be issued once I receive the returned item.
2. Changed Your Mind?
• If you change your mind, I’m happy to offer a refund (excluding shipping costs).
• The item must be returned in undamaged condition, with a postage mark dated within 7 business days of receipt. Once I receive the item, I’ll process your refund MINUS SHIPPING COSTS.
